DURING 24 HOURS:
The BPro watch is a medical device used to monitor your blood pressure over a 24 hour period. This is done by a sensor taking readings from the pulse at your wrist every 15 minutes.
It has been specially designed so that you can carry out your normal daily activities.
You would have been fitted with the BPro watch as prescribed by your doctor.
It is important to go about normal activities and minimise vigorous activities during the 24 hours.
